Q: What are your planters made out of?

All my planters are made out of playfully repurposed plastic toys. I tend to get the best variety by way of second-hand & vintage shops. :)

Q: I need the planter ASAP! How do I get it sooner?!

A: Feel free to shoot me a message and I will do my best to get your planter out as quickly as possible.

Q: I want my planter with a specific color/style not mentioned. Can you still customize it for me?

A: As long as it is a pretty reasonable request, I'm more than happy to work beyond the options provided. Please feel free to send me an email or message through here or my instagram with any specific requests!

Q: I want a planter of an animal you don't have listed in your shop. Can I still request it?

A: Absolutely! I work diligently to track down all sorts of new, fun animals to turn into planters. I keep a list of requests that I try to fulfill, so if you have anything specific in mind, please let me know!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. *Please do note* that we ship planters that include air plants via Priority or First Class Mail (with tracking) to ensure your product gets to you safely. All planters are packaged carefully to ensure safe, mess-free delivery. Thank you! xo

Q: I live in Seattle, can I buy a planter without having to pay for shipping?

A: If you live in the Seattle area, please reach out to me via email or message (through this website or on instagram) to arrange for your order to be picked up at one of our monthly markets. Save yourself some money on shipping by reaching out to me directly. :)
